Vacation, Day 2/Day 3

Saturday morning we slept in until 9:30. It was so nice. I don't think I have slept in that late since before Carson was born. We had a nice brunch at the hotel and then headed off to Garvin Gardens. It was so beautiful. I am so glad we decided to do that early because it got warm rather quickly.

We headed back to the hotel and ordered in room service for lunch. Then we were off for our couples massage!!! It was wonderful. It was so nice to be pampered on.



After our massage we headed back up to our room and took a nap. It was so nice to just relax. Then we headed to our all time favorite places to eat in Hot Springs, Cajun Broilers. It is a little hole in the wall place, but it is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. We headed back to the hotel and watched a little tv and had our desert in bed in our pajamas. What fun!!!

Sunday morning was another day of sleeping in late and having a late brunch. We packed our stuff up and then headed home. We had a wonderful time just hanging out together and enjoying each others company. It was a much needed quick get away for us both. I am thankful that we had this opportunity.

We made it home safely and it was so good to see my little man. I missed him so much.
