Merry Christmas!
Yep, you heard me.
We always do our Christmas early so we can have our own family time with Carson before we head out of town.
We started off the morning with homemade pull apart cinnamon bread.

Then, we read the Christmas Story.
We have been reading the Christmas Story every night this month. So, Carson not only knows the story, but can 'read' it to us. It is so sweet to hear him read it. On the last page of our book, there is the star with a stable underneath it. Carson always says, "There is the star...and now we are going to have a Jesus party." Then he proceeds to sing 'Happy Birthday, Jesus."
Love it!
Then we let him open presents!
We ended with a yummy homemade dinner by yours truly:
Baked Salmon
Lemon Garlic Asparagus
Shells and Cheese
Garlic and Cheesebread
with Fudge Cake for dessert
Merry Christmas, from our family to yours!
May God bless you.
