Carson is growing up so fast. When we took him last month to the doctor for his one year check up he weighed 20 lbs 4.5 oz and was 28 inches long. He is learning how to do new things everyday. I am so behind on his baby book it is not even funny, so I am having to keep up with all of his achievements via my blog until I can get caught up.
This is what Carson has been up to lately:
He cruising along holding on to furniture very good.
He can stand without holding on to anything for a long time.
He has taken a few steps all by himself!
Put his passy and lovie in his bed after nap time.
He loves taking things out of boxes or containers and then put them all back in.
He knows where his head, ears are.
He can wipe his hands and mouth with a washcloth.
He loves to share.
He signs for all gone.
He can fold his hands together when we tell him it is time to pray.
He knows that a cow says moo and a lion says roar and a sheep says baa.
We have gone to just a morning and bedtime bottle with whole milk.
He has tried several new foods this month which are: butter beans, asparagus, hamburger helper, beef burrito, grape jelly sandwich, blue berry pancakes and blue berry muffins.
Here are some things he has learned that mama and dada would rather him not do.
Pick his nose.
Spit his food out.
Wave away the spoon when we are trying to feed him.
Fight us when it is naptime or bedtime.
