Oh my goodness. Where did the time go and when did he get so big?
The picture on top is his first day of school and the one on the bottom was his last day. He has changed so much!
Today was graduation day. He has been practicing it at school for awhile now and has been looking forward it. This morning I asked him how he was feeling about it being the last day and he said he was sad. We have had a great year at LLA and we absolutely love Mrs. Emily. He has learned so much this year it just amazes us. He can now read some words and he is great at sounding out words and then spelling them. I am so thankful for his teacher and Mrs. Kera, the director. You can tell they both really love the kids and love what they do.
Here are some pictures from his graduation today. Get ready for picture overload..ha!
This was him almost every morning...running to class!
The graduation was too cute. They had the graduation song playing as the kids walked in. They recited the pledge of allegiance and the Christian pledge. Then they sang their 'RED' song, did a Bible verse, and a poem. Then, Mrs. Kera announced each one of their names and they walked across the stage and received a certificate and a medal. It was very well done and all the kids did great.
So long pre-k....hello kindergarten.
