We bought Carson a table and chair set for him to do crafts and other projects on. He LOVES it! It came with two chairs and it is so funny to watch him try and decide which one he wants to sit in.
He also loves his new doggie friend. Our friends just got a new little puppy and she is so cute. Carson wasn't too sure about her at first. She loves to jump up and lick his face. Well, we kept her one night and that is all it took for him to become really comfortable with her. He would push her around in his ride and show her all of his toys. It is just too cute. Carson would even lay down on the floor and wouldn't mind if the dog got down and played. Carson was so sad when the doggie had to leave. He kept saying doggie, where doggie? They truly have developed a friendship, and no, this does not mean Carson will be getting a pet soon.
He is tall enough now to open the pantry doors by himself.
He has been taking 2 1/2 hour naps in the afternoon instead of an hour!
He LOVES playing play-doh.
He has started to pray by himself. He says, "thank you, Jesus."
He has learned how to unbuckle the top portion of his seat belt. Thankfully, he doesn't like it to stay unbuckled and can buckle it back.
He walks around the house saying, 'hum.' It is so funny.
He has discovered that he go blow bubbles with his mouth in his bath water.
Matt recently purchased the new iPad and well, Carson already knows his way around it. We bought him several educational apps and he has done so good with them.
It has been so pretty outside lately that we have been playing outside a lot. With that comes splinters in the hands. Picking them out of his little hands was not fun. Needless to say, we need to get our deck fixed so he can enjoy playing outside splinter free.
When we ask him how much does mama and dada love you he will stretch his arms out as far as he can and say, "this much."
He is really starting to put multiple words together.
New animals that he knows the sounds to: frog, rooster
New words: rooster, tractor, ice cream truck, backwards, back, all right, play-doh,ding dong, eye doctor, this much, dada work.
